You can print these forms to be filled out. Some can be filled in electronically and then printed out or attached to an email. If you do not have a printer at home, the library or office supply store can print for a small fee.

Here is the agreement to become a member of The River Academic eXchange (TRAX) our Private Membership Association. This is an organization that is private, like Costco or Bi-mart, but FREE!
River Impact University - RIU
Here is the application and forms needed to apply to go to River Impact University.
Here is the form for you to give or send to your personal Recommendation(s). It can be printed or emailed to them by filling in your name, downloading it and then attaching to an email.

If you need to add or drop a class, use this form to fill out within the first 15 business days. Make an appointment with your academic advisor. Bring to the appointment this form filled out and signed by you.
River Learning Academy - RLA
Here is the application needed to apply to go to River Learning Academy. Once you submit this application and $40 fee, we will schedule a family meeting, then review by our Admission Board.
Once the Admission Board has approved you, here is the first of the forms we need returned with your Registration, Curriculum and Tuition.
